Arc Pac has commenced design build services for a 23rd floor penthouse unit at Solair Wilshire (www.solairwilshire.com), a 24 storey luxury residential high-rise located at the intersection of Wilshire and Western Boulevards in Los Angeles, CA. The 2,800 square foot penthouse was built as a shell only by Solair Wilshire's developer's with the intention that each penthouse would be designed by, and uniquely personal to, the purchaser. Arc Pac is working closely with the Owner to design, permit, and built-out the 3-bedroom, 3-1/2 bath unit. Highlights include spectacular views of Downtown Los Angeles & the Hollywood Hills, gourmet kitchen featuring Viking appliances, custom baths throughout, and custom lighting/sun controls. ARC PAC AWARDED MULTIPLE CONTRACTS BY RESTORE NEIGHBORHOODS LA Los Angeles, Ca. Arc Pac's Construction Division has been awarded multiple projects by Restore Neighborhoods LA, Inc (RNLA), a not-for-profit holding and development corporation created to purchase foreclosed or abandoned properties for resale to qualified owners. Working closely with The Los Angeles Housing Department (LAHD), RNLA has established itself as a "community based development organization" with a focus on the neighborhoods of: Central, East and South LA, and North and South San Fernando Valley. Using Neighborhood Stabilization Funds (NSP) allocated to the Los Angeles Housing Department (LAHD) from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), RNLA acquires & foreclosed and abandoned single family homes and multi-unit properties from the National Community Stabilization Trust (NCST) and other loan servicing entities, lending institutions, and investors.
