The concept allows for traffic circulation around the perimeter of the site with access to parking levels and pedestrian entrances at multiple points. The office tower is set back from the main street to allow for a highly-specialized, well-known retail use to maintain its exposure along Jl. Sudirman. Two residential towers and a hotel tower are located at the edges of a retail podium that is organized to feel like a street winding upwards along a hillside.
